Ingredients:
¾ cup canned apricots, packed in water or light syrup and drained
½ cup calcium-fortified orange juice
½ cup fat-free or low-fat yogurt
1 ½ cup ice (optional)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
Makes 1 serving.

Banana Berry Smoothie top
|
Ingredients:
½ banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup unsweetened frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries)
½ cup low-fat or fat-free milk or soft tofu
½ cup calcium-fortified orange juice
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender container. Put lid on tightly.
- Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add ½ cup cold water and blend again.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

2 cups blackberries
2 cups blueberries
1 cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup low-fat or fat-free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups ice
Directions:

Instructions:
1 medium peach (or ½ cup canned sliced peaches in juice or light syrup, drained)
1 medium banana, peeled and broken into pieces
1 cup fat-free or low-fat fruit yogurt
1 cup ice (optional)
Directions:
- Peel and slice peach (if using). Place in blender with banana, yogurt, and ice.
- Blend until smooth, about 3 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen melon cubes (cantaloupe or honeydew)
½ cup fat-free or low-fat milk
½ cup fat-free or low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice (optional)
Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Pour into glasses and top with cinnamon.

- this was the best smoothie ive ever had i mean... i love cantaloupe and honeydew instead of putting cinnamon on top I topped it with a strawberry.!!:)
- This smoothie is VERY filling! I thought it was a bit too sweet with all of the melons, so I suggest putting in a little bit of grapefruit to settle.

1/2 cup calcium-fortified orange juice

- Add more liquid if you want the drink thinner.

Ingredients:
1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
10 ice cubes
1 cup low-fat or fat-free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups drained, canned mandarin oranges
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender container. Put lid on tightly.
- Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into four glasses and serve.
