What's your breakfast routine?
What's the Best Bones Forever Club? It sounds awesome! What do you do in the club? I think I want to start one at my school too.

Hello, best bones girls. My school is participating in the BestBonesForever club . We want to know if any school nurses can meet and start a little get together. If we can I can't wait. We also started a club at recess.I'm the leader and I decide to go on BestBonesForever.gov. Our school number is, well I don't know. But I'll tell you in my next comment as soon as I can. I go to the South Elementary School.
i usually eat cereal and a banana together in the morning.
I usually eat cereal when my dad is at work. But when he is at home I usually have bacon, eggs, and pancakes.
I mostly have one pastry with a glass of milk :)
For the girl who wondered what to do when you have no time, here's my suggestion: get a bunch of items you can just grab and take with you. Things like a cereal bar with added calcium, or a cheese stick, or a yogurt, or one of the small cottage cheese containers, and a piece of fruit (apple, banana, or pair). Any of these breakfasts are better than no breakfast at all! Good luck!

What if you don't have enough time in the morning for school for a good, healthy breakfast? Any ideas?
I usually don't have much time in the morning to eat breakfast. I usually just grab an apple or a piece of bread, maybe a quarter of a bagel, on my way out the door. On good days, I'll sit down and eat a muffin, pancake, or fried eggs. The muffin is store-bought and microwaved, but the pancakes and fried eggs are cooked fresh.
I didn't have a lot of time this morning, so I just grabbed a cheese stick. Then I had apple juice.
I didn't eat this morning. I never eat in the morning but I ate a sandwich, hot cheetos,and drank a yoohoo for lunch.
I just got on this Web-site and I've already learned sooo much about my health! It never occured to me that skipping meals would not help burn thoose extra calories, and grabbing a granola bar on the way out the door seemed like it was OK. Now I know that I can take time to eat a better meal, and so should other girls just like me! Good Luck!:)

If you eat your breakfast you feel fuller longer, and you have way more energy. When you switch to your next class, grab a quick nutritious snack to give you an energy boost. Never skip meals If you would like to become thin, skipping meals can actually make you gain weight. You gain weight because you are so hungry, that you might over eat! And if you would like to lose those extra calories, go outside and run around, do some physical activity! It's okay to eat junk foods sometimes, but do not make junk food your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Don't give in to any temptations, and eat well! Good Luck! :)
Today I had a cereal and milk. Yesterday I had yogurt and granola. I usually make it myself.

My breakfast routine is uhhm nothing. I guess I rarely eat breakfast because I have no time in the morning. But I wake up, take a shower, and get ready and I'm out the door. |: [boring]
I get up, get dressed, do my hair, make-up, pick out my shoes and jewelry, eat poptart or cereal or fruit and drink tea or water.

I usually drink orange juice with scrambled eggs and sometimes bacon. But yours sounds tasty too!
I eat breakfast at 7'o clock
MY BREAKFAST ROUTINE IS FIRST I WAKE UP AND TAKE A BATH THEN EAT MY BRAKFAST THAT IS SOMETIMES CERAL,EGGS,WAFFLES OR PANCAKES AND THEN I GET REDY FOR SCHOOL.

Don't skip breakfast! It's the most important meal of the day! Skipping breakfast makes you hungrier throughout the day and tired! Breakfast gives you the energy you need to keep going.
I usally just drink some tea and go to school on weekdays. But on weekends and other days where there is no school, my mom makes an egg omelet/srambled with tomatoes,turkey bacon,onions,spices, and scallions! She also makes hot cocoa,tea, and buttered toast with fruit too go with it! Yum
This website I would recomend for any body who wants to be haelthy.
During weekdays I grab a granola bar or bar or Pop-Tart or something to keep me going til I get to school. Then I eat whatever there is. But on the weekends I just get up and cook something I want.
Cereal with milk and fruit. And usually a cup of OJ.
I don't have a lot of time in the morning on school days. Mom fixes me a smoothie almost every day to drink on the way.
